Coaching

Coaching is an intentional process for facilitating positive and sustainable change.  The process allows for clients to examine mindsets and values to help clear the clutter and noise that prevents optimal functionality.  Coaching can be instrumental to setting and achieving goals, managing transitions and optimizing performance. 

The Coach

A coach is a thought-partner, confidante and co-conspirator. We use evidence based techniques to create the conditions for optimal learning and growth. Through a process of reflective inquiry, we help clients see what’s true, face tough challenges with courage and compassion and achieve meaningful goals.

The Client

A client’s role is to reflect on questions, share personal truths and participate in designing actions to maximize personal potential.
